I’m getting notifications about my arlo seeing motion however I open app and says signing in but never does. I’ve deleted and reinstall app several times. Seems as if frozen. Also more than 5 second delay before I can see motion if app ever opens. Any advice so I can see these motions?

Do you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app 2.18?

I got it unfrozen by changing password which allowed me to log in. App is still slow even with most recent update.
