Had for about a year. Currently I’m at 1% and it will not charge. There is no blue light, nothing on my account indicating it is charging. Have no idea why or what to do. Cord appears perfect and no damage to the arlo go. Just no sign of charging life.

You might want to try using the charger and cable to charge a different device, just to confirm that the charger hasn't failed.

Thank you. I don’t have a similar item that uses same charger. Close but not exact.

You could still connect it briefly, and see if it charges.
The net here is that charging issues are due to some combination of
- failed charger
- bad cable
- failed battery
- failed camera
You need to do something to eliminate some of these possibilities.
