Arlo go solar panels VMA4600 stopped charging

  Have 2 Arlo Go cameras on top of mountain in NC.  Both are about 6 months old and the solar panels have stopped charging.  Have brought one back home to test.  Camera charges fine with wall receptacle. Cleaned panels and unplugged and reseated with dry connection.  No luck yet.

What is the temperature?  The camera batteries won't charge if the temperature is below freezing.
