Arlo Go stops recording after 8 seconds. How to get it to record the whole time?

My new Arlo Go recorded movement but only recorded for 8 seconds. The intruders were there for a good 10 minutes. How do I get it to record for the whole time that it detects movement?

Sooo, I now realise that I  have to manually press record when viewing after a notification
