I purchased 5 from Best Buy and I cannot get them setup. I have reset them to factory settings and several get to the point in the setup process where the web portal and the app are "looking for the Arlo Go" and it fails to find. I had Arlo support on a chat this weekend with no success in the trouble shooting. Any suggestions?

Are you using the right SIM card?.
The 200 model is Arlo’s mvno ( arlos SIM card)

The sim card is the one that was installed when I purchased the Arlo Go cameras (6). During the troubleshooting chat session the Arlo Support I provided the SSID from one of the sim cards and I believe he checked their system.
