Hi!

 

I bought a Arlo Go Mobile HD, i don´t use Wifi, only by Sim-card.

My camera goes offline very often, then on, then off, then on, then off.............. all day long

 

Anyone who can help me?

I have full reception to my ISP supplier.

It might be worth removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and starting fresh.

I have 28 cameras and use them for work.  Almost daily one will go off line....  Incredibly frustrating..  After a year of useing these I have determined they just are not very reliable.  Hopefully they will improve or there will be a better product developed.   I just hope it’s soon!

mine went off line and never came back on, cant help think its arlo causing these problems with there updates, I had this camera for a year and nothing but a headach, problem after problem and tech support is just as bad as these cameras, I have case tickets on all my problems, and nothing gets fixed, my camera is 3 states away, so its not like i can go and pull the battery out and restall it, should mention i have 3 bars of service then it will go to 1red bar, would that be a bad sim card, any help would be great

Who is the carrier for the Arlo Go? If it is not Arlo (we can handle that), it may be a good idea to give them a call and see what they say.

arlo plan, but customer support said they cant help, that i have to check the battery first, the battery is only 5 months old, and the camera is 3 states away, so basically  there is nothing that can be down, I just wish they would stop all these updates because they messing up the cameras

I got help from Arlo support, iám sending the camera back, hopefully i will get a new cam. And i hope that it will work properly.

I have had a GO since 3 weeks, the first one already returned, according to Arlo customer support its malfunctioning. I have a new one, but this is also not working. Even with 4 bars on my cell phone. Keeps going offline. I may have to start looking for a different brand, a pity because I like the way they function in a wifi environment.

What firmware version is the Arlo Go running & what version of the Arlo Mobile App are you using?

2.7.2 25500 on the app not sure on the arlo go. But updates are done automatically by Arlo.

The firmware didn’t update and it’s taking to long

But the device is offline most of the time so can’t tell what firmware I have,. To be honest I don’t have a good experience at all with this Arlo Go product, its just mot working as its supposed to do. So I may just return it and look elsewhere

for what so they can give me another case ticket, there is 3 of them already on diffrent problems i am having with this camera and app, and nothing gets fixed. this whole thing is a joke.
