If after scanning the screen, and failure to connect, edit the APN settings and enter one of the following in the APN field:
“NXTGENPHONE”
Or
“Broadband”

No username or password required, or any other settings.

Hey @cruten,

 

Are you having problems adding the APN for your Arlo Go? Do know that it can take up to three minutes for Arlo to discover your camera. Feel free to view this article if you are having troubles setting up your Arlo Go camera: How do I set up my Arlo Go camera?
