Hi!I have new Arlo GO IME358417071552073 

The camera does everything according to the instructions,So the application doesn't find the camera in the end

I have SIM Bite LV(Latvia),everything is fine with the sim card, the operator said, the fault is in the application.When will you be updated?I will wait for the message. Best regards Aivars from Latvia.

Hello, I have the same problem with an ARLO GO VML4030-100UKS, the App doesn't find the camera. I opened a support file but nobody helped me. I tried everything (with/without cable/battery, with/without memory card, SIM is working fine). I've tried even with the APN of the service provider, the camera is not recognized by the App. I've tried it on a computer/monitor and also on my phone. I'm not a beginner,  I have 18 Arlos and 1 Arlo Go.

The camera is brand new !!!!
