Hello
I have three Arlo Go cameras and 2 of them don't work at all and the one remaining one- ironically the oldest- has just started to be a problem. Previously it would be once per week that it would go offline and I'd have to go to work, take out the battery, count to three and put it back in. Now it's happening several times per day.

Arlo in their infinite desire to never admit to any of their stuff being rubbish, has said it is simply [insert whatever they said last time here] yet according to their manuals it says the camera is communicating with my cellular provider and it is their cloud system that isn't working. It then asked me to click through to another link to tell me what to do about it and... it took me back to "how to fault find."

How on Earth is Arlo getting away with this? I can see from reading other comments that I'm not the only one. Does anyone have any ideas that don't involve a hammer?
