where is buy button Arlo Go 2 LTE/Wi-Fi Security Camera

Can someone tell me how to actually buy a camera from arlo. It took me an hour to see the 'add to cart' button only appears if you roll up, and then once I realized that, it seems there is not an 'add to cart' button for the Arlo Go 2, only for other items.

Do you know why? 

Is the webmaster down or does that mean they don't make or have them?

In the US at least, it is sold through the mobile carriers that support the camera on their networks (and who also are supplying the SIM card).
