Hello, I just wanted to vent my frustration with arlo. When I bought these cameras, there was no subscription for their services. Like a typical corporation they eliminated some of the services and decided to make me pay. After their loss on court about changing these services that were previously free. They were forced by the courts to return what they promised. Only thing is now it takes a minute, to view now. Why? Because these mfers decided that they would give you back what they offered for free only to tier you with paid subscribers. **bleep** you arlo!

The Ultra camera that are on the account do need a subscription to see the cloud storage. Although, you can use the local storage on the VMB5000.

With the delay in viewing, where are you seeing this? Is it when you are live viewing the cameras? Can you please provide more information?
