Thank you. Yes the problem is the cameras stopped streaming to my desktop, still good to iPhone & iPad. The recording still works. Yes I’ve tried different browsers & cleared the cache with no success. Tried turning off virus & firewall, no luck. It’s strange as they have been working well for 3 years. I’ll keep trying & let you know how I go . Regards John

Hi @JOHNTHORN
Are you still experiencing this symptom with streaming? Is this for the live stream or recordings? Have you tried any other browsers and clearing cache?

The Arlo development team is currently investigating reports of this behavior. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share with the community.

Is there an error message that you are seeing? Can you let me know if it is on one browser or if you have tried any other browsers.

I have had several Arlo Pro 4s for a few years. I haven't used them on desktop for some time and had relied on the app. Everything works fine in the app for both myself and my wife.
I have already read and followed the instructions here:
https://kb.arlo.com/000039099/Why-am-I-unable-to-live-stream-my-Arlo-camera-from-a-web-browser
This is how I know it is particular to specific browsers and is not a hardware issue as it works in some cases. The issue occurs then I am not on a VPN.
I cannot live stream in either Chrome or Safari. I know Safari worked well at one point. In the developer tools it returns a 404 for the stream it is trying to access. I have read thoroughly the thread here:
https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Pro/No-Live-Streaming/td-p/2475781
Clearing the cache does not solve the problem.
I am able to have only one run on the same machine with the same network configuration with the same hardware in Firefox. When I attempt to stream a second one simultaneously it just reverts to the most recent screenshot with the play button.
I have been paying for a subscription for this and I know it worked in Safari at one point. What must I do to use my account?

I have not been able to live stream on my browser for over a month. To date no resolution or even a suggestion from Arlo as to a solution to the problem.

Please go through these steps and see if they help:
https://kb.arlo.com/000062226/How-to-troubleshoot-Arlo-camera-live-streaming-issues
Is there an error message you receive? Can you please explain more of what you are seeing?

This is a known issue. Many people are having this exact problem. I have not been able to live stream for a month on my laptop. Live streaming works fine on the Arlo app but not on the my.arlo.com website. This same thing happened a year ago and Arlo "reset their server" and it fixed the problem. This is what they need to do again. With as much competition as there is in this space, it is embarrassing that a month has gone by and this fix has not been put in place. Live streaming on a laptop/computer is an essential feature.

Thank you very much for confirming this , much appreciated .
Arlo are most remiss in not addressing the problem. I know I'm not the only one as I have now heard from many others that live streaming does not work on desktops. I dont think they care but it sure will damage their reputation.

I will need more information regarding what you are seeing. Is there an error message when you are live streaming? Can you provide a video of what happens when you attempt to live stream on the web?

The original poster has told you multiple times what is going on with this issue. When trying to live view on a laptop / desktop using my.arlo.com, it just spins and spins and then returns the error "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." This is a known issue. Please look at your own history. This same thing happened in the past and you reset your servers which corrected the problem.
