Hi,
This is has been an on-going issue and Arlo can't seem to fix it.
I have been unable to buy the arlo secure multi plan for a year now so none of my footage gets saved.
Yesterday when I tried to buy it, it only took 30 cents instead of the full amount and then it didn't show that it was activated on my account.

That did not work. I found out a few days ago that I was paying $300 a month to Arlo. I guess everytime I paid, it adds on to the existing subscription.
Whenever I bought the plan, it didn't apply it to my account though.
Arlo has no problem taking my money but won't help fix the issue.

You might also try contacting your credit card company to dispute the charges, and/or deleting the payment method on your account.

It was via PayPal and PayPal wouldn't help.
I really just want the subscription plan to work. Is there a phone number to Arlo?

Can someone at Arlo help me? You have no problem taking my money but the arlo secure multi plan won't activate.
