Solar Panel Charger

I have the Go 2 and solar panel charger, every time we get rain the charger no longer charges.  Does the solar panel come with indoor cord and do I need to purchase the outdoor cord?

The whole solar panel is outdoor-rated. There's no indoor model.

Any chance the lack of charging is due to lack of sun? Does the battery icon still show a lightning bolt through the battery when not charging? Have you checked the magnetic connection to see if water/dirt/corrosion is there? Have you tried wiping both sides of that connection?

The battery does not show lightning bolt, we’ve tried everything for the connection, cleaning contact, taping contact to camera.  Nothing works, have to keep going up 20’ ladder to re-connect then it works again until battery is 100%, once battery drops below 100% it never reconnects to solar panel.  We’ve had many sunny warm days and it never connects by itself.

Sounds like a faulty panel - swap at the store if still within that grace period. If not, use Settings, Support (old UI) or Settings, Support Center (new UI) to talk to official support. You have to have any sort of subscription to be able to contact them.
