VML2030 : So it worked OK the day I installed it.
Next day - everything in purple! Removing battery didn't help. Found a post on here for a different model saying "Night Vision IR filter gets stuck". Solution suggested to remove battery or jostle it loose. Banged on camera for a while and viola - it got better. But won't it get stuck again? Should I take it to the Verizon store and ask for a replacement?

I let it run overnight and the next day it was back to being stuck in purple mode.
So I took it to the local Verizon store.
They had to futz with the settings on the arlo app on my phone for a great while before I managed to convince them that it really was defective. They exchanged it for another one. Here's to hoping that the new unit doesn't have any such flaws!
