i have 3 Arlo GO 2 cameras and none are working. i bought them a year ago but didn't set them up until a few months ago. One was completely dead, maybe after a firmware update. Once worked but never sent any alerts. The 3rd worked but ran through batteries in a day. I had 9 original Arlo cameras that were great until a year or so ago then they all started failing (is this planned?)
I have charged the batteries, plugged them in. the blue lights come on and then go off. I can't remove and re-add them. I have tried to hold the sync button in but it does nothing. I have several friends who have these new cameras and have so many problems with them.
are there any solutions? i have tried the support chat and that is almost useless

Try factory resetting the cameras. Be sure they are fully charged and then follow the instructions here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-and-re-sync-my-Arlo-camera
