Is anyone having issues with Arlo logging off account automatically without notice.

20 seconds definitely isn't normal. 30 minutes is the usual timeout. How are you seeing this - on a phone or the web client (my.arlo.com)? Have you tried both?

This is happening to me too. The phone seems to stay logged in without any issues, but when I go to desktop, I have about 20 seconds before I am logged out. Where does one set this?

This sounds like a mobile device setting that could be shutting down idle apps. Check your mobile settings to see if you can allow the Arlo app to stay awake when minimized.

Hello,
Did anyone have luck with changing the auto-lock settings as mentioned? I am having this problem with chrome, and getting kicked out in 20-30seconds.

I just recently got Tech Support to fix an issue where I could not log into the web portal due to getting stuck with the "Please Wait" dialog box...
Now, I have the same issue you do. On Chrome, the web portal kicks me out after about 20 seconds. No issues with the mobile app.
Has anyone received resolution on this? It feels as though they are trying to push users to the mobile app only. I am about 1 error away from selling my system and moving to Nest.
