I’m having the same issue while trying to connect a new camera via sim card.
I’m unable to perform the factory reset because the camera is not named and showing on my account or the OS app. I’ve been trying this for days as it says “retry” but the only way out is to close the app and restart the whole pairing process.
The camera is found and pairs as it should, so the sim is activated and I’ve tried it using my Wi-Fi connection with the same results. Then you get to the naming screen and are unable to progress.

You should still be able to perform a factory reset as described in the above article. Are you still experiencing this behavior?

I have performed the factory reset (around 3 times) but the problem is now solved.

Also have the same problem.
Endless comments saying log in to reset the camera but cant login.
Our first Also worked well, but very disappointed with this camera and the lack of support.
