I changed my email and my account was closed because I never saw that it wasnt charging, I logged into my old email and the emails are still being sent there, I wont re-subscribe until an admin fixes this, please let me know since there is no contact us section for Arlo either (which is insane that I have to use a community board)

Check your modes/rules and adjust where the emails are being sent there.

My profile, modes, etc all are set to my new email, I only get the emails on my old email still and Arlo has no email address for tech support, my subscription expired cause it never sent anything to my new email. Maybe you can forward them the info, theres no way I'm re-enabling my subscription without an actual active email on it though

Just to clarify - did you also change the account username/login to use the new email address?

Yes (I think so), I dont remember exactly where I changed it but I just looked and I can see I changed it under Account>Profile (it shows my new email under my name) -- If I click change email I see my email that I want to use under "old email" so thats right, I also see the correct email under push notifications, is there anywhere else to look?

Just to add to my last reply, I did a password reset and it sent to my new email, but when I wasnt getting the emails the email was changed several months at that point so I dont know what to think. Can you just have some admins triple check everything?

This is a user-to-user forum and I don't work for Arlo.  So no.

 

If you have a subscription, you can contact support by going into the support area of the app.  Select a camera in the subscription plan, and then scroll down.  You'll find a phone support option.  That's available between 6 am and 6 pm US pacific time (but only if you have a subscription).

 

Can you clarify what emails are being sent to your old email address?  (a few subject lines would help).

Wild stuff, I’m not renewing until I can talk to someone, not worth dealing with that’s insane, this should be sold in the toys section if you can’t talk to anyone
