Help with error

This company wasted 3 hours of my day to tell me nothing. Is there a phone number to get support? I get the same error code everyone else is getting and they acted like they have never seen it

As long as you have a subscription, use Settings, Support (Center), select your camera model and scroll down to the Contact section.
