Hi My Arlo go2 was taken from a mounted bracket of our vacation batch. We use a cellular network due to no wifi coverage. I reported it 2 police and tried to locate it using gps. Despite it being correctly set up, I am unable to get a location reading?. Arlo have advised contacting my cell carrier to try and ping it's location. Has anyone had to deal with this same issue or had any success?
Thank you in advance for your feedback.
Sarah

Whoever stole the camera has removed the sim card.... No sim, it's untraceable. ( unless re-activated )
