I went to AT&T the young guy that helped me was uncertain how to help me. Looked up info and gave me a broadband SIM card. I wanted an LTE because I had a myfi unit previously with Cricket who told me they couldn’t help me. Is broadband to be used with a base station or router for outside Camara’s? Mine is inside and I am not happy with the Broadband SIM card at all. I rent a house sits off from main home, the main router box sits in main home. I just want to use LTE and SD card or possibly an Arlo plan.

No idea what you actually bought - is this a SIM card that you installed in the Go 2 camera?  Or something else?

The tech at AT&T store said he had been there 10 years and first time encountered one of these, it’s a prepaid, 15 Gb broadband SIM card. Which basically has done more spinning now than anything so I’m assuming I used up its data trying to figure it all out, but other than the spinning there is nothing to check to see if it’s an issue or to read any specs. He showed me on his Manuel where it said to issue a broadband SIM card. I only use it inside. As I watch going through comments in community i came across a comment about broadband strength didn’t seem strong enough to connect to the base unit. So I wondered if that might be the problem.

FWIW, it's called a "broadband SIM" because it cannot be used in a cellphone.  That is due to the pricing, not something technical.

What base unit?  The Go 2 should be connecting to a cell tower when using LTE.

Have you tried contacting Arlo support?
