I installed an Arlo Go2 at my front gate on Verizon LTE because it’s too far away from any WiFi. I added the backup Arlo Solar panel but despite this (it’s in full sun) the battery is dropping 8-10% a day. The app shows the charging icon so the solar panel is definitely working but it seems to have no effect. I even turn the camera off and the battery percentage won’t rise. Is there a setting I need to use? I’ve tried resetting the camera on my app but no change. This camera is of no use to me if I can’t leave it more than a week even with Solar charging.

There have been issues with some solar panels that have caused the battery to deplete due to a faulty in the panel. If you disconnect the panel does the battery act normally, especially if disarmed?
