We received a charge for $129.99 on our credit card, but all forms of support say we're not entitled to any help. I need an invoice or bill explaining the charge, but cannot get support elsewhere. I've tried the my arlo site, arlo.com, and the app on the phone. All are similar dead ends. Can someone from Arlo please contact me and help with this?
