Arlo Go 2 Enrollment Issue

Hello!

 

I am part of a company that uses cameras to keep an eye on our storages and I've been trying to upgrade the SIM cards in our devices with new SIM cards from our carrier that have unlimited data on them.

 

I've mostly enrolled Arlo Go devices, but I tried my first Arlo Go 2 device and I can get to the screen where it asks to name the device and it the Arlo program just completely stops. On my phone, the "Please Wait" screen just sits and spins. The longest I let it go was approximately 20 minutes. When I tried the process on my computer and got to the naming screen, I just get completely logged out with no explanation. There is an orange bar at the top of the login screen, but it doesn't say anything.

 

I do hear a chime when I point the camera at the screen containing the QR code. I don't know if videos are allowed on the support community, but I did take a video of the process from the computer side if that would help.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
