VML2030 - Can't find camera

Bought 2 Vodafone sim cards, activated them and put them into the cameras, but they don't pick up the camera at the end of the set-up.

Called vodafone, thinking it could be the sim but they are working fine. why doesn't the camera work. I added it though wifi and did the firmware update. still didn't work tried multiple time, even tried with my own simcard and the camera still couldn't be found.

Is it vodafone or is it arlo ??
