I recently purchased the Arlo GO 2 and successfully connected it to Wi-Fi, but I’m having trouble getting it to work with a SIM card. I’ve tried multiple SIM cards and even manually added the APN settings, but nothing seems to work.

I’m out of ideas at this point and could really use some help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

May I ask where you are located?

I had the same issues with 1of my 4 cameras. I factory reset the camera, then used the web portal to setup the camera instead of the app on my phone. Not sure if that will work for you but you could give it a try.

I have the same problem with a Telenor SIM card in Norway. Telenor confirms SIM is working. Any news on how to fix?

Hi Birgerk

Put your data simcard into a phone.
use phone to disable pin code.
This was solution with my telenor simcard.

I went through 2 Verizon SIM cards with no success after hours with both Arlo and Verizon support and have given up. The camera is unusable.

These cameras use 2g, 3g or 4g to connect to the network, but in some areas, these networks may not be available, only 5g.

The other issue may be a sim lock on the card.

Did you purchase the camera from Verizon? There is a specific part number for the Verizon version of the camera (VML2030-1VZNAS).
