Been trying to set up my emergency response on my app. Just purchased the plan. I get to the part where it is telling me it has sent a six digit code to my phone, but I never get one? Is this a Arlo problem, or my I-phone problem. My free plan expires on 12/22, but I purchased a new plan yesterday. Do I have to wait till the 23rd to incorporate the new plan? I would not think so. Any help would be great, thanks
