Hi, I'm trying to reconnect my camera and keep getting internal error during setup. Does anyone else get this?? Have uninstalled app, installed app on my phone plus others phone and got no joy.

Maybe try a PC browser? (my.arlo.com)

 

Be careful to select the correct camera model.

Tried on pc and no joy. I think from updating one of my cameras for some reason the other camera is not working. Thanks for the suggestion tho

I saw several post that they first selected "Essential Camera" that didn't work instead of "Essential Spotlight Camera".

Could you provide a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?
