You need to use the support area in the app - googling will lead you to scam support site.

Phone support requires a subscription - do you have one?

If not, are you looking for onboarding support?  Or perhaps a warranty return?

I am looking to speak with someone to explain the difference in the cameras as mine are discontinued and I need to replace them

I see no reason to purchase a product from a company that gives you no access to an individual to speak with

While there's no direct contact for sales info, you can go to a store that sells them and (hopefully) talk to a knowledgeable sales rep about them.

However, you're reading into the EOL statements. The cameras are NOT dying - they just aren't getting firmware updates (which haven't been updated in a long time anyways) and aren't guaranteed to work with new releases of hardware and software as time goes one. The free 7 day plan still is available (read the latest statements on this which you should have received via email some time ago):

Things are declared EOL all the time - computers, operating systems, phones, routers, apps, etc. all have this occurring all the time. There's nothing new here except that Arlo put a stake in the ground.
