I can't believe this is an ongoing problem but I see it has come up regularly for the past 3 years. I want to buy a subscription. I live in NZ where subscriptions should be available. I already have 2 cameras, bought long ago, that are recorded to cloud and I'm prepared to pay to put 4 more onto that account with a subscription but every time I click on the subscriptions button (on my computer or tablet or phone) all I get is 'please wait'.... nothing!!

It shouldn't be this hard to pay money to a company!

It works for others so it would seem to be a local issue. Have you tried the phone without WiFi, just a cell connection?
