If you have the cameras connected via a VMB4xxx Base station with a USB backup storage device implemented you could recover your triggered recordings. (16GB is typically 3months for me)

You can then use a pc to view recordings after you eject it via the arlo app.

Once your recordings drop off the arlo cloud library they get deleted is my understanding.
