granting access to family ?

Is anybody else having issues granting access to family ? Only had this setup a day and it's already annoying me can not have 2 people with the same account and when I send a link to family they accepted but does not shiw cameras ect.never had any issues like this with the ring.

Are all people using the same user interface (UI) that uses Feed to view videos? If so, each user needs to click on Home at the top and then choose the bottom choice. Each user gets their own default Home location so they have to choose yours. I suggest renaming Home so it's obvious which one to choose.
