Hello all , please bare with me technology is not a strong strength of mine. This is also first time here , would really appreciate any1 happy to help me with an issue seems repeat itself. Basically I have the arlo essential spotlight cameras I have 8 normally on different location and reasonable distance between them all , some of them seem to just vanish off system,  ok to reload most time or fluckibg offline not capturing key moments 🤔,  oh and arlo suggested I'm using more than there standards just so confused as stated multiple cameras kn subscription and I have less than the maximum. Please assist if u have any ideas really frustrating and breaks me security nervous lady especially nights.

This sounds like it could be a problem with your wifi.

 

Try installing the Ookla speedtest app on your phone (it is free).  Then disable mobile data, and use the app to measure your wifi upload speed at each camera location.  If you have 1080p cameras you want at least 1 mbps upload speed.  2K essentials need at least 2 mbps upload speeds.  Let us know what speeds you measure, and also if you are seeing any packet loss at the camera locations.

 

Also, try measuring the upload speed near your router (same room, 6-10 feet away), and also give us that result.
