cameras have been out all day, base station is orange

My cameras have been out all day and my family member in another city says the same thing but there is no mention anywhere of this online. What is up? In the app It looks like they work but they don’t. This morning the app didn’t work right at all and wouldn’t let me log in but that corrected and once that fixed  now the base station is orange for both me and my family who lives in another city which leads me to think it’s nothing we both did.

Now I’m getting alerts and it’s taking videos but they do not show up as videos I can watch only notifications
