just reading all these complaints makes me regret ever buying this product - it will not stay connected to the wifi and attempts to resolve the issue with their 'customer service' have been a disaster -- https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/carlsbad/profile/security-cameras/arlo-1126-1000061663

Connectivity issues are often due to signal strength, interference or location issues.

 

What does the signal strength icon show for the camera when it is online?

I have been having the same issues.  I have tried all of the suggestions, nothing has helped. I think they are going to exchange the camera.  We will see if the new one does the same thing.
