An Arlo Essential XL Spotlight camera was posted outdoors during a recent storm in my area. The app showed the XL Battery as "charging" while NOT CONNECTED TO AC POWER.
Reboot of the VMB 4540 Base Station did nothing. An attempt to "charge" the camera indoors also did nothing. The RESET button on the bottom did nothing. I still had video incoming until the LED turned solid AMBER.
No documentation defined Arlo Essential XL Spotlight Camera for SOLID AMBER.
The RESET Button does not respond (SYNCH/RESET) and the camera is dead. I purchased that camera almost 3-yrs ago.
The camera is now indoors, connected to AC source power and DOES NOT CHARGE.
What are my options at this point?
