Unfortunately my two essential wire-free doorbells not showing any video when somebody rings at the door. First I connected the cameras by WLAN and was facing these problems. Then I switched to Smart Hub setup but the problem is still the same.
WLAN and Smart Hub Connection is very good and I placed the smart hub 3 meters away from the wlan router.
As of today I must say that the doorbells not delivering the essential functionality. Arlo support didn’t helped me either whether by phone nor by chat or mail.
Once I reached out by phone and described the issue the agent put me on hold after collecting my contact details, put me on hold and dropped then the call. No follow up then.
I’m not really happy and I don’t want to spend hours in solving issues into a product which I acquired for hundreds of Euros now…

Are you able to make manual recordings when live streaming?

Yes, after 5 seconds I have a live view from the camera. Once I accepted the call I can also see the recordings from each call afterwards but unfortunately not during the call.
