Wireless doorbell + Chime 2 , pushing doorbell doesnt work

So I have the wireless doorbell and chime 2. It has worked for a long time, and all of a sudden not anymore.

 

When I push the doorbell, no phone alert, no chime. I do get movement alerts but nothing happens when I push the button on the doorbell.

 

What I've tried.

- reset the device, both

- checked that silent mode is not active

- decoupled chime and doorbell and re-connected them

- made sure battery from doorbell is 100%

 

I also tried connecting to another 2.4G network but it doesn't want to read a new QR code of my phone so I literally cannot connect it or factory reset it, it seems.

tried restart again, also cannot switch to a different 2,4G network even because the doorbell cant read the QR generated on my phone. it just wont read it.

 

Is thete no wat of doing like a factory reset orso?

 

Do I really nees to start looking for an alternative doorbell?

It does rather sound like a faulty doorbell. You can use the app to go to Settings, Support to see what official support may offer.
