A couple weeks ago one of the cameras had and still has a dark picture. I've tried changing the batteries turning the night vision on and off and changing the brightness but nothing is working. Any ideas of how to fix this problem.

Is it in color or B&W? Have you restarted the camera? Post a screenshot of daytime camera view for us to see.

It's the living room camera on top completely black. How do I restart the camera?

You restart the camera by going to Settings, My Devices, your camera and scroll to the bottom. Click on the Restart button.

 

Are you sure nothing is covering the lens? If not, it may be a hardware failure. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to get a replacement started.
