White noise shuts off my camera

Hi I have a neighbor who has been tampering with my Arlo essential cameras I get a sound like white noise through the cameras like someone’s there doesn’t record and it will shut off my cameras and I cannot turn them back on anyone else is having this problem or can find a solution because the helpdesk cannot help me for some strange reason

Have you actually seen the neighbor doing this?  Or is this a suspicion?  If someone is interfering with your cameras, then what they are doing is almost certainly illegal, and you could report them to your local police.  They might be on your property w/o your permission.  WiFi signal jammers are also illegal (though they might be using something else).

The white noise would be a symptom of whatever electrical gadget they are using.

If you can aim a camera at the cameras they are compromising, then you might be able to capture some video that shows what they are doing.  That assumes that they need to be close to the cameras to do whatever they are doing.
