Videos from library disappeared after changing batteries

Our Arlo camera had the batteries die over the weekend.  It said there 105 videos but I couldn't access them via the app.  Figuring it was due to the dead batteries, I changed the batteries.  When I refreshed the app, all 105 videos are gone from my library in the app.  I need access to the videos as something happened over the weekend I am hoping to catch on the video.

Can anyone tell me how to find or restore my missing videos?

You can access recordings even when the camera is powered off - so the batteries weren't the issue.  Simply changing the batteries wouldn't affect the cloud library - removing the camera from the acount, and re-adding it would delete them.

FWIW, I have seen incorrect counts on the app badge for a while now - it is possble that there actually weren't any videos stored.
