Two of my three essential cameras are offline and cannot get them working.
I have removed the devices and one will not be recognized and other was added but still offline.
My arlo pro and older models all working with internet.
These are relivatively new cameras.
Both outside, have had Arlo cameras for years and are not starting to get problems.
Older ones connected to a base are not holding battery charges eeven with new batteries.

After numeoous messages to Arlo support, we have determined that the cameras need to be replaced.
There was no activity when charging with an Arlo cable, and the system would not recognize the cameras.
One of them is still in warrantly and will be replaced.

Kinda sounds like something in your environment has changed, causing a signal quality degradation. That would hinder connecting cameras as well as explain the increased battery usage.

Thank you but nothing has changed and now the cameras will not sync as the blue light will not come on to reinstall the devices to my arlo account. And one of them burned a hole on side of camera, battery must be going.
Funny how the other cameras all work fine.

If you attached a charging cable, do you see any LED behavior? Be sure you are using an official Arlo branded charging cable.
