The video square is stuck in the right bottom corner pinch it too small can't get it to move,help !

Do you mean an activity zone? You can delete it by swiping left on the zone entry at the bottom. Or do you mean a zoomed in view in Video Settings? I don't have an Essential set up so can't test but do those cameras support multiple Field of View settings that you may be able to change to see if that helps?
