Hi
I have been trying for over a month now to subscribe to 3 camera plan. I go though the motions of putting my details in , payment details and click update payment, and nothing happens go back and it still shows me as having no smart plans. I have been on to Arlo Support through who give a number to ring, then opted to be called back which never ha[ppened. Can anyone help please.

Are you seeing any error messages? Do you have a support ticket number I can reference and ask for a status update?

Hi James
No not getting an error message. When I choose a subscription plan I am asked for my details, enter all the relevant details and click Update Payment Details nothing happens, there is no confirmation, the window doesn't close or anything. My only choice is click back and where I have to go through it all over again. I don't know if I am missing something, I tried different browsers and cards.
I had logged a ticket on 42365260
