Finished our Free Trial and having trouble getting a subscription started.  I went to the page for subscription and clicked on the lower priced one.  The next screen questions what I have and then shows nothing to pick from.

I am a bit confused on the title of your post.

Anyway, I suggest making sure the Essential Spotlight Camera is in the "no plan" list in subscriptions.  If it is still listed under the trial, you need to explicitly cancel the trial.

Being new wasn't sure about anything!  I had an Arlo person contact me with help.  I have the subscription now.   Thanks.
