Finished our Free Trial and having trouble getting a subscription started.  I went to the page for subscription and clicked on the lower priced one.  The next screen questions what I have and then shows nothing to pick from.

I am a bit confused on the title of your post.

 

Anyway, I suggest making sure the Essential Spotlight Camera is in the "no plan" list in subscriptions.  If it is still listed under the trial, you need to explicitly cancel the trial.
