I am unable to log in to my web portal to find out why my camera is not saving the recordings in the cloud. I have used multiple laptops and browsers and have cleared the cache, cookies, shutdown, restarted, etc. I am getting a time out error followed by a red banner that says this:
Http failure response for https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth:0 Unknown Error
I am able to login to my app on my phone but am not able to log in to my account on the web.
I talked to a technician on Saturday that told me I would need to pay $99 for a subscription to bypass the firewall.

Good to know. It felt like a scam so I didn't purchase anything or give them any information.
Still need an answer to the problem on logging in.

Is there anything non-standard about the network the laptop is connected to? If your phone is connected to the same network as the laptop, do you experience an login issues using the mobile app?
