I've tried calling previous valid customer support numbers, but they are no longer valid phone numbers.  I can't seem to find anyoter method of getting customer support.  Has Arlo stopped customer support?

Thabks for your reply SteohenB.  But it doesn't help.  need to speak with a live rep.  I have a prepaid supscription  to Alo Secure Plan, prepaid until   Feb 7 2024.  It includes live customer support, but none of the alro phone numbers are valid at this time.  Need to speak to a rep, since I'm paying for it.  Have they discontinued live support?  I shouldn't have to jump thru various hoops to get answers to my situation.

Did you notice the part of the article that says this:

  • Phone: Talk to an Arlo expert over the phone (6:00AM-6:00PM PST).

Use the phone support option in the app - googling for phone numbers generally leads to scam support sites.

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue. Support is open 7 days a week from 6 am ~ 6pm PT.

The link you provided does not work (not a hot link) for Phone.  If their is a valid phone number for live support, for paying subscribers, can't someone just give me the PHONE NUMBER, instead of referring me to useless links?

Arlo doesn't publish any numbers.  Googling for one almost always results in reaching a scam support site.

You need to go into the support area of the app (not the browser), select a camera in a subscription plan, and then scroll down to the phone support option.  When I do that on my iPhone, I see a "Call" popup with a phone number.  Pressing that should connect you.
