Unable to connect smart hub to cameras to record on USB

Well, it's the other way 'round - you connect the cameras to the hub.
Regardless, what have you tried and what do you see? Were the cameras originally connected to WiFi? If so, you need to remove them from your account and then add them back, as if new, and select the hub connection when prompted. BTW, the hub is already in your account, correct?
